How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch if the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock, delivery may take 2-4 weeks.
How can I return my items?
1. Register your return. To do so, send an email with the following information to laifen@oneten.ch :

- Article name (model):
- Serial number:
- Date of purchase:
2. Return the item to our warehouse. The shipping address is as follows:

3. In order for the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please send a return confirmation to Laifen with the following information:
- Name of the transport company

How long does it take to receive a refund?
The refund will be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the same method used to pay for the original order. Processing time is usually 3-5 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order online, you can view the details of the purchase, track its preparation and find out about shipping in the "My Account" section.
Once you receive notification that the item has been shipped, delivery will take approximately 1-2 days.

Which brush head is best for sensitive teeth?
We recommend the Gum Care brush head for sensitive teeth. It features ultra-thin, soft bristles that, combined with Wave's 60° oscillations, thoroughly clean teeth while being gentle on gums.
How often should you change the brush head?
Dentists recommend changing the brush head every three months or immediately if it becomes damaged or deformed. Wave brush heads have 90-day reminder bristles that indicate when a replacement is needed.
Is it normal for there to be a gap between the brush head and the handle?
Yes, a gap of approximately 1 mm between the brush head and handle is normal. This reduces the transmission of vibrations between the two parts.
What type of bristles do the brush heads use?
The Gum Care brush head uses ultra-thin PBT bristles, tapered to 0.02 mm at the tip, to reach deep into the interdental spaces. The Super-Clean and Ultra-Whitening brush heads use high-quality DuPont bristles for effective cleaning.
Are these brush heads hygienic?
The brush heads utilize the industry's most advanced copper-free bonding process, which effectively inhibits bacterial growth. They are also the first brush heads to receive global food safety certification from TÜV Rheinland Germany.
