Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for orders with a shopping cart value of CHF 70 or more to all addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders under CHF 70, a small order surcharge of CHF 9.00 will be applied.

All orders placed by 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the same day via A-Post Priority, provided there are sufficient items in stock.

Processing and Shipping Time

We understand that a fast and efficient delivery service is crucial. Orders received Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM are typically shipped the same day (if in stock). Orders received after 11:00 AM or on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

To optimize and streamline the delivery process, please note that items in your order may be delivered at different times depending on availability. We generally deliver orders within 1-2 business days from the shipping date if they are in stock. If an item is not in stock, the maximum delivery time is 4-5 weeks. However, please note that estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed and shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., poor weather conditions, peak season, standard shipping regulations, etc.).

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we may need to verify orders with our customers, which could cause delays. Additionally, delivery times may vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse and the availability of the goods.
