Return and Refund Policy

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund (excluding credit card fees and similar charges) for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Once the returned item arrives at Laifen's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Returns may be refused if the items do not meet the above conditions.

Refund requests for the 14-day money-back guarantee expire 14 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request for items if the 14-day period has expired. For purchases not made directly through our online store, please contact the retailers for a refund.

How can I return an item?

  1. Report your return. To do this, send an email with the following information to rma@laifentech.ch:

    • Invoice number
    • Item name (model)
    • Serial number
    • Purchase date
    • Description of the defect
    • Photos/videos
  2. Once we have confirmed the warranty case, you may send the item to our warehouse. Processing takes about 48 hours. For a regular return, you may send the item directly to our warehouse after registering via email. Delivery address:

  3. To ensure the refund is processed promptly, please send a return confirmation to Laifen with the following information:

    • Name of the transport company
    • Tracking number

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be issued once the item has arrived at our warehouse. The refund will be credited in the same manner as the original order was paid. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days.

Warranty Claims for Quality Issues

All quality defects on items sold directly by Laifen are covered by a comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase (see warranty periods for your product).

Laifen's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty does not apply to items that were purchased outside the country where they were originally bought or sent directly from an authorized online purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value, if available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not available or desired, Laifen offers a partial refund based on the usage time of the device.

The warranty for all replacement products is the same as for the original defective product or 3 months after the replacement, whichever is longer. The warranty on products expires after a full refund.

Procedure

  • The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Laifen must document what happens when buyers have issues with the product.
  • The serial number of the defective item and/or a visible proof showing the defect is required.
  • It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
  • For defective items that Laifen needs to get back, the warranty for these replacement items expires if the wrong item is returned to Laifen or if the defective item is not returned.

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number from online purchases made through Laifen
  • Purchase receipt

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., transfer receipt and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally delivered).

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items whose warranty period has expired
  • Non-quality related issues (after 14 days of delivery)
  • Free products
  • Repairs by third parties
  • Damage from external sources
  • Damage from improper use of products (including but not limited to: dropping, extreme temperatures, water, and improper handling of devices)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

When returning items, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss during transport. Laifen does not provide refunds for items damaged during transport.
